Refund and Returns Policy

1. Widerrufsrecht (EU-Consumer Rights)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at shop@moucka.art by means of a clear statement.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (unless we offered free return shipping).

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days.
