step by step
1. Let’s Chat
We’ll start by talking about what you have in mind — the size, colors, style, and any inspiration or ideas you’d like me to include. Feel free to send reference photos or just share your thoughts!
2. Offer & Agreement
Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll send you a price estimate and an idea of how long it will take. If everything sounds good, we’ll confirm the details together.
3. Deposit
To get started, I ask for a 50% deposit. This secures your spot and helps cover materials and prep time.
4. Creation Process
I’ll begin working on your piece and will keep you updated along the way (especially if you’d like to see progress photos). Depending on the size and complexity, it may take a few weeks.
5. Final Payment & Delivery
When the artwork is finished, I’ll send you photos to make sure you’re happy with it. Once the final 50% is paid, I’ll carefully package and ship your artwork — or arrange pickup, if local.
Art styles
abstract nature
My work is inspired by natural forms and landscapes, reinterpreted through an abstract lens. Influenced by impressionism and surrealism, I aim to capture the atmosphere and emotion of nature rather than its exact appearance.
Contemporary Abstracts
In my contemporary abstract pieces, I explore bold compositions, layered textures, and expressive color fields. I also experiment with cutting, rearranging and reconstructing elements to create dynamic, evolving surfaces.
Portraits & figures
My portraits seek to express emotional depth and a sense of human closeness, without aiming for photographic realism. Light plays a central role in my work, and I intentionally leave visible brushstrokes to preserve the energy and movement of the painting.
Textured & Tactile Abstractions
I work with various materials to create abstract pieces with layered surfaces and subtle depth.
The focus is on structure, contrast, and the interplay of materials.
mediums
Water-based paint
I use acrylic paint for most of my abstract work and underpaintings. For small, delicate pieces, I usually work with aquarelle and gouache.
mixed media
I combine a wide range of materials like modeling compound, fabrics, aluminium, papercuts, glue, stones, sand etc. to experiment with surface structur, depth, and interaction.
charcoal & Graphit
For portrait and figure drawings, I mostly use charcoal because of its smooth blending qualities, which help me build compositions centered around light and contrast.
oil paint
Oil paint offers a depth and richness that I find especially suited to landscapes and portraits – and at times, I let it guide me into abstraction.
digital art
I design custom digital illustrations perfect for meaningful gifts for birthdays, graduations, weddings and more.
lino prints
I start my linoprints with a digital design, which I transfer onto a carving plate. I then carve and hand-print with care, combining digital illustration with traditional printmaking techniques.
