my art journey started with portraits and people in general. it’s difficult to create a likeness of a person, especially when I’m being stared at. it’s kind of intimate to look into a face for such a long time. Nonetheless, I do portray people with oil, charcoal or graphite. I would also like to have a live sitting session.

i gather ideas for this category within my dreams and my non-meditative meditations. I experiment with different materials and i see potential in almost everything. I like to integrate fabric, texture paste; stones, metals, feathers, wood, sand, wax and leaves. For the color part i mainly use acrylics, oil sticks, pastels tints and sometimes with oil color.
